shopping directory simply use the order form.

How does International Checkout work ?
You can buy

the price and the store you want us to buy from. Your total, including
shipping, handling and fees will automatically be calculated . If
you would like to continue at this point click the International
Checkout-button. Enter your billing and shipping information, choose
a payment method and submit your information through our secure
server.You will receive an email confirming your order.
What
happens after I place my order ?
Your parcel arrives at our depot. We ship it on to you immediately via
UPS Express Priority 2-Day International. We offer real time tracking,
insurance and 2 day guaranteed delivery and optional landed cost.
What
currency do I pay in ?
All transactions are in American Dollars. Your credit card, Paypal or bank
statement however will show our charge in your local currency. The dollar
amount in your invoice will be converted to your local currency on the day
that you make your payment. Our currency conversion tool at the checkout
page is meant to give you an estimate NOT a guaranteed rate. You can request
the exchange rate for that day with your financial institution.

can I pay ?

if an item is on backorder ?
Sometimes an order that we have placed on your behalf may be backordered.
This may happen despite the fact that at the time of purchase item availability
was verified with the store. Part of an order may be placed on backorder
by the store while they await merchandise from their supplier. If this
happens we will notify you of the delay. Cancellation is subject to a cancellation
fee (please see above). We are not responsible for delays in your order
due to backorder situations.

if I want to return an item ?
Make sure you have read and agree with the return policy of the store(s)
you are purchasing from as these are the policies you will need to abide
by if you wish to return an item. We can assist you with exchanges and

this will calculate your taxes and duties and you can include them in your
total. You will not be charged additional import duties, taxes, customs
clearance fees or any other fees once a shipment reaches your country.
